ECB Clubmark Checklists Folder
The ECB Clubmark Evidence File Checklist will help you determine the areas of ECB Clubmark your club is strong in, and the areas needing further development.
You complete the checklist by identifying the following for each required criteria:
When you meet with your CDM/Nominated Officer, they will work through your Evidence File Checklist, providing you with support and guidance where needed.
The ECB Clubmark Site Visit Checklist details the questions you will be asked during your ECB Clubmark Site Visit assessment (see Step 3). It is useful to look through the Site Visit Checklist prior to your assessment to ensure all criteria can be met.
Clubs take varying amounts of time to achieve accreditation depending on their own unique circumstances. However, the maximum timescale to achieve accreditation is 3 years from the point of registration. If a club has not become accredited within that three year period then it will be deregistered, but that does not preclude it from registering to work towards accreditation again in the future, when ready.
All the evidence you must provide to fulfil the criteria requirements should be as recent as possible, preferably dated within the last 12 months, and a maximum of three years old in the case of course certificates, as at the date of the Site Visit Assessment.
