ECB Community Coach Education provides a range of qualifications for those looking to take part in cricket, as a coach, in a support role or to develop skills and knowledge to enable them to deliver cricket in a school, club or ccommunity setting.
This programme aims to identify and develop performance-based coaches and equip them with the knowledge, skills and thinking to work effectively with players and teams, providing them with opportunities for continued learning and ongoing support.
The ECB Elite Coach Development Programme is designed to support the continuous development of highly qualified and experienced coaches who work with players either at, or with the potential to achieve, elite performance.
