Summer schedule confirmed
This summer's international disability fixtures have been announced with the Blind Ashes the highlight of a busy schedule.
All four of England's disability sides will be in action but top billing goes to the three ODIs and four Twenty20s between the England Blind squad and their Australian counterparts.
"We have an exciting summer of disability cricket ahead across all impairment groups," said National Disability Manager Ian Martin.
"The highlight of the summer is the Ashes Series for our blind cricketers which takes place in Worcestershire at the end of May and beginning of June.
"England currently hold the Ashes and we will be fighting hard to retain them.
"The England Deaf squad have their annual fixture against the MCC at Lord's and our England Physical Disability squad will play the Army again at Bournville and will be looking to repeat their victory in the inaugural fixture last year.
"In a Paralympic year it is important for cricket as a non-Paralympic sport to continue to show that we offer a pathway to national level across all impairment groups."
