England Visually Impaired secured a semi-final berth at the inauguaral World Twenty20 in India with a convincing seven-wicket win over West Indies.

An unbeaten 122 from opener Andy Powers eased England to a target of 214 with more than three overs to spare.

West Indies had earlier been restricted to 213 for six - a total that proved well within the reach of their opponents.

Having met the expectations of national disabilities manager Ian Martin in reaching the last four, England will now take on Pakistan on Wednesday ahead of the final 24 hours later.

Pakistan were one of three teams to defeat England at the start of this competition - together with fellow semi-finalists India and Sri Lanka - but Luke Sugg’s side have responded superbly with four straight wins.
