England Blind were denied the opportunity to complete a series whitewash against West Indies when the final one-day international was washed out.
The third match of the series at Harbourne Cricket Club in Birmingham did not get under way because the playing area was considered unsafe by the umpires after heavy rain.
The abandonment means England take the series 2-0 after Sunday’s 307-run victory and Saturday’s 176-run triumph.
