NWCF sweeps through Sussex

Glynde & Beddingham Cricket Club can proudly boast their ground as being in the best condition ever - all thanks to the power of NatWest CricketForce.

Forty-six volunteers waved paintbrushes and completed other tasks to help transform the Sussex-based club before the start of the season.

Club chairman William Jones was thrilled with their efforts.

"We were taken aback by the amount of support we had for the event," he said.

"It was a great day for the club as it ensured that the ground will be in as good as condition as it has ever been, ready for the start of what we hope will be a successful 2011 season."
