Cricket Development Staff
Cricket in England and Wales has a nationwide development network, set up to administer the growth of the game.
The country is split into five regions, as shown on the map below:
- North
- Midlands
- London and East
- South
- Wales
The various development staff are available to provide help and advice to you on all aspects of cricket.
These are examples of the kind of areas development staff can help you with:
- Affiliating your cricket club to the ECB, via your local County Cricket Board
- ASDA Kwik Cricket information
- Coaching visits to schools by qualified ECB coaches
- Information on competitions for schools to enter at all stages of development
- Guidance on how to set up after-school cricket clubs
- Advice on ECB funding streams
- Facilities guidance and development
- Creating and maintaining partnerships between clubs and schools
- Advice on ECB's national coaching courses
- Advice on setting up Community Leagues
