The newly formed ‘V’ Team can help to recruit, train and deploy volunteers into key volunteer roles in cricket clubs within your region, with a key focus on 16 – 25 year olds fulfilling these roles identified.

To support the recruitment, retention and reward of volunteers the ‘V’ team will introduce a regional volunteer management support process to ensure that clubs are best placed in the future to deliver by having enough key volunteers.

Volunteers are vital to the health and development of grassroots cricket. Without them, the future of the beautiful game at all levels would be in jeopardy.
