Amiss re-elected deputy chairman
Dennis Amiss was today re-elected as the England and Wales Cricket Board deputy chairman.
Mr Amiss, who scored 11 centuries in 50 Tests for England, stood unopposed for the position he has occupied since November 2007.
ECB chairman Giles Clarke said: “Dennis brings a wealth of cricketing knowledge and opinion to the boardroom table and is respected throughout the cricketing world.
“He has also served the game as ECB chairman of the cricket committee as well as in his current position as deputy chairman.
"Dennis' advice on cricketing matters over the last decade has been vital for English cricket, and his wise guidance in the establishment of the current England team management has been invaluable."
