Guha returns to England fold

Isa Guha, centre, has been in and out of the England side of late, but should play a major role in the New Zealand ODIs

Isa Guha has been recalled to the England squad for the NatWest women’s one-day international series against New Zealand.

The right-arm pace bowler was called up following Nicky Shaw’s retirement from international cricket.

Commenting on her retirement, Shaw said: “I have played cricket for England for 10 years.

“Whilst I have enjoyed my time playing, I feel it is now time to retire from the international game ahead of my move to Australia.”
