Riazuddin reprimanded

The England and Wales Cricket Board today confirmed that Hampshire's Hamza Riazuddin has received a penalty under the ECB's discipline code.

During the Second XI Championship match between Hampshire and Middlesex on June 26-28 2012, Riazuddin was reported by umpires Graham Lloyd and Buddhi Pradhan for a Level One breach of the code (showing dissent at an umpire's decision by word or action).

Riazuddin has received a reprimand. This penalty will remain on his record for a period of two years and the accumulation of nine or more penalty points in any two-year period will result in an automatic suspension.
