ECB receives Yorkshire appeal

The England and Wales Cricket Board have today received notification from Yorkshire County Cricket Club that they will appeal the decision of the ECB Cricket Discipline Commission held on 10 July 2008.

The appeal will be held under the chairmanship of David Gabbitass, at the County Ground, Taunton on Monday, 14 July 2008.

Also on the appeal panel will be Chris Tickle, Alan Wadey, Mike Smith and Cliff Pocock.

ECB will issue a statement at the conclusion of the hearing.
