It will:
- Help you run your club effectively
- Provide you with a basic guide to various aspects of club life
- Help you adopt a simple but professional approach to running your club
- Provide you with ideas about the future of your club
- Give you access to a more extensive set of resources that you can access via your Cricket Development Manager (CDM) according to your specific requirements
- Help you achieve Clubmark and further club accreditation
- Help you work towards the standards required within the Community Club Development Fund (CCDF)
- Provide you with appropriate tools to support applications for funding
There is a lot of formal jargon and it is easy for things to appear over complicated when thinking about planning for the future, but the process is and should be fairly simple:
- Where are you now?
- Where do you want to be?
- How are you going to get there?
- How will you know where you are?
