Please note that if you paid your ACO membership by direct debit then we will automatically take your membership on or around January 15.
If you paid your membership by cheque or credit card, you will need to either fill out a direct debit form (below), credit card form or send a cheque. If you are sending a cheque please clearly state your name and post code on the reverse of the cheque.

When filling out a direct debit form please clearly state what type of membership you are applying for, and also your membership number.
