Fraudulent Promotion

It has come to the ECB’s attention that members of the public are being contacted about a so-called “2012 Mobile Promotion” by fraudulent third parties who are operating from the email addresses promo@engcricketboard.co.uk and ecbuk2012@hotmail.co.uk and who are holding themselves out as representatives of the ECB.

There is no such ECB promotion and the senders of the emails do not have any legitimate association whatsoever with the ECB. This is a fraudulent activity and it has been reported by the ECB to the police authorities.
