One Game - Legal Requirements
The ECB recognises its legal obligations under the Equality Act 2010, and will abide by its requirements.
The Equality Act 2010 bought several previous pieces of legislation together and created some additional characteristics that didn’t have legislation prior to the Act. It covers legislation for both employers and service providers.
Cricket Clubs and associations may be affected by this legislation and we recommend all organisations to make themselves aware of their own responsibilities relating to this Act.
