India Women warmed up for this week's Kia Test by playing a two-day game against England Women's Academy at Loughborough.
England will line-up against the tourists from Wednesday, before playing the same opponents in three Royal London One-Day Internationals. They then face South Africa in a trio of NatWest Twenty20s.
Katherine Brunt and Natasha Farrant both got overs under the belts as they made encouraging comebacks from injury, having been named in the squads for the ODIs and T20s respectively.
Sonia Odedra also impressed for the Academy, taking 3-28 having been named in the Test squad for the first time.
Unfortunately the game was curtailed by the weather. India batted first and posted 294 all out with Odedra causing most damage, including the prized wicket of Mithali Raj for 16.
