Essex Eagles have hard-hitting Graham Napier available as they host Gloucestershire in the NatWest T20 Blast at the Essex County Ground.
Napier missed yesterday’s impressive six-wicket win at Kent Spitfires when the Eagles chased 190 for their fourth victory in five games to go second in the South Group.
Gloucestershire have not fared so well in Blast, but will be buoyed by posting 207 for three before rain washed out Sunday’s match with Glamorgan.
They will also be encouraged by escaping with a draw today in the LV= County Championship despite conceding a first-innings deficit of 514 to Surrey.
Michael Klinger, who will go head-to-head with Jesse Ryder tomorrow, made 120 in the second innings to follow his 70 versus Glamorgan.
* Essex have won all three of their completed Twenty20 matches against Gloucestershire, winning twice in 2010 and once in 2011.
