A 15-player squad has been announced for England Women's U19s inaugural tour of South Africa next month.
Yorkshire's Jess Watson will captain the side for three T20s and four one-day internationals.
The young squad will face Emerging South Africa in three games of each format as well as playing a one-off ODI against South Africa on October 21st at Potchefstroom.
Head of women's cricket Clare Connor said: “This squad of players have put in some consistently strong performances in the EWDP U19 competition and for their counties to earn their selection and they should be rightly proud of being picked for this inaugural England Women's U19 tour.
“The England Women's team has set high standards this summer with their impressive Ashes victory and we hope that this crop of under 19 players aspire to equally high standards of performance."
The T20 series begins on October 11 with the ODI leg of the series getting under way on October 17.
