Promising Queensland pace bowler Alister McDermott and Western Australia batsman Marcus Harris are set to be among England's opponents in their tour match in Alice Springs.
Cricket Australia announced a 12-man Chairman's XI squad for the two-day tour match, starting on November 29 between the first and second Ashes Tests.
McDermott, the 22-year-old son of former Australia seamer and current bowling coach Craig, is in the line-up alongside opener Harris - who made a first-innings half-century against England in their tour opener at the WACA two weeks ago.
The Chairman's XI will be captained by left-arm spinner Michael Beer, and also includes 16-year-old all-rounder Jake Doran and one-day international seamer Kane Richardson.
Former England bowling coach Troy Cooley and ex-England Test batsman Graeme Hick will coach the tourists' opponents.
Cricket Australia Chairman's XI squad: Michael Beer (captain), Steve Cazzulino, Jake Doran, Marcus Harris, Michael Hill, Alexander Keath, Josh Lalor, Alister McDermott, James Muirhead, Kane Richardson, Luke Robins, Ashton Turner.
