Preston Mommsen will lead a 13-man Scotland squad in the three-match one-day international series against Ireland, after recovering from a broken finger that forced him to miss the recent rubber with New Zealand A.
Matt Machan, who was stand-in captain in the absence of Mommsen, is also available, along with Calum MacLeod and Freddie Coleman.
Safyaan Sharif and Michael Leask will also be joining up with the squad, despite being asked for further county trials at Gloucestershire and Northamptonshire respectively.
Rob Taylor and Kyle Coetzer are both unavailable due to county commitments, while Gavin Main and Ruaidhri Smith are absent due to injury.
Ahead of his first clash with Ireland, Scotland coach Grant Bradburn said: “These games pose another big opportunity for these players to enhance their chances of making the plane to the World Cup in 2015.
"I’m looking forward to rubbing shoulders with our Celtic cousins, and relishing the chance to experience a rivalry, which I’m told, is quite intense. It’ll be another chance for our players to perform in a high pressure environment.”
