Jonathan Cater struck an unbeaten century as Oxfordshire hammered Wiltshire by 105 runs at Bicester to set up a Unicorns Knockout Trophy final against Devon.
Cater hit eight fours and a maximum in his 101 not out off just 94 balls to ensure Oxfordshire, with a 100 per cent record in this competition this term, posted a total of 263 for eight after winning the toss.
That total proved well beyond Wiltshire, who were dismissed for just 158 inside 39 overs courtesy of three wickets apiece from Luke Ryan and Richard West.
Devon secured their place in the showpiece, which will be played at Wormsley on August 27, after defeating Cheshire by 136 runs at The Fortfield.
Centuries from Rob Woodman and Matthew Thompson, who shared in a second-wicket stand of 180, lifted Devon to a mammoth 367 for seven.
Somerset all-rounder Jamie Overton added late impetus with 35 off 19 balls and then impressed with the ball, taking 3-39 in 9.1 overs to help dismiss Cheshire for 231.
