Wicketkeeper Kamran Akmal and all-rounder Shoaib Malik have been left out of Pakistan’s limited-overs squad to tour the West Indies later this month.
Kamran and Shoaib have paid the price for a poor Champions Trophy, with Umar Akmal and Shahid Afridi recalled in their places.
The one-day international squad features uncapped 21-year-old wicketkeeper Mohammad Rizwan, as back-up to Umar.
Ahmed Shehzad, the opening batsman, has been recalled to both squads. Zulfiqar Babar, 34, who has been part of Pakistan's domestic circuit for more than 10 years, figures in the Twenty20 international party.
Fast bowler Umar Gul, who last played in March during the South Africa tour, has not yet recovered from knee surgery.
West Indies and Pakistan will play five ODIs from July 14 followed by two T20Is.
