Rain fills up Ageas Bowl

Rain washed out play on day two of the LV= County Championship Division Two match between Hampshire and Worcestershire at the Ageas Bowl.

The hosts are therefore set to resume on 37 for three tomorrow, after bad weather also restricted play to just 8.5 overs on day one.

Hampshire captain Jimmy Adams is unbeaten on 32 and Will Smith one, following two wickets so far for Chris Russell - including that of England Test opener Michael Carberry for a duck - and one for 21-year-old championship debutant seamer Charlie Morris.
