Hampshire have completed the signing of Pakistan left-arm paceman Sohail Tanvir.
The 28-year-old will join the county tomorrow and be available in all formats after receiving a No-Objection Certificate from the Pakistan Cricket Board.
Hampshire manager Giles White said: "Sohail brings experience to the squad across all formats of the game, and his all-round talents are a welcome addition for an important phase of the season."
Tanvir has played in two Tests, 50 one-day internationals and 28 Twenty20 encounters for Pakistan and will act as an overseas player after George Bailey joined up with Australia’s Champions Trophy squad.
His countryman Saeed Ajmal has already penned a deal with Hampshire for the latter part of the summer.
