The ECB has met with representatives of all 18 first-class counties and MCC to discuss the recommendations made in the Morgan Review.
The ECB board has concluded that the Morgan Review should be adopted in full or not at all, and identified a number of areas in which further dialogue was required with the first-class counties.
New Zealander George Worker will be Scotland’s overseas player for this year’s Clydesdale Bank 40. The 22-year-old all-rounder deputised for the injured Luke Butterworth in three CB40 games in 2011.
Scotland will play their 2012 Clydesdale Bank 40 home group games at the Grange in Edinburgh and Uddingston, which is on the outskirts of Glasgow.
