Cardiff Bank Holiday seats go on sale

Tickets for England's first NatWest Series one-day international with South Africa and Friends Life t20 finals day at Cardiff on next year's August Bank Holiday weekend have gone on sale
Tickets for next summer's hotly-anticipated Bank Holiday bonanza weekend of cricket at the SWALEC Stadium, featuring England’s first NatWest Series one-day international with South Africa and Friends Life t20 finals day, have gone on sale to the general public.
The Proteas are in town on Friday 24 August and, with all of England's previous ODIs in Cardiff having sold out, Glamorgan are expecting a similar demand for tickets as the hosts continue their quest to move up the International Cricket Council one-day rankings and defend an unbeaten record in the Welsh capital.
Taking place on the following day, the prestigious Friends Life t20 finals day comes to the SWALEC Stadium for the first time. Spectators will be entertained by three games, all on the same day during this domestic season showpiece.
Glamorgan members will receive a 20% discount on tickets until November 30 - with the current membership offer of £99 also having been extended until November 11.
Tickets for the ODI start at £10 for juniors and £50 for adults. For FLt20 finals day they start at £10 for juniors and £40 for adults.
As a further incentive, those purchasing England v South Africa tickets will be offered a 10% discount on tickets for FLt20 finals day.
Glamorgan Cricket chief executive Alan Hamer said: "The 2012 season is already shaping up nicely and we're delighted to be staging two prestigious matches over next August's Bank Holiday weekend.
"With four matches across two days in one venue, we can guarantee spectators an action-and-excitement-packed weekend, but tickets will be snapped up quickly so we'd advise early booking to avoid disappointment."
