Glamorgan have released former England Under-19 all-rounder Mike O'Shea.
The 22-year-old was suspended in June after being involved in a car crash and later convicted of drink-driving.
O'Shea made his first-class debut for Glamorgan against Bangladesh A at Abergavenny in 2005 at the age of 17.
This season he appeared once in the LV= County Championship and twice in both the Friends Provident Trophy and Twenty20 Cup.
Director of cricket Matthew Maynard said: "It is always a difficult decision to release a player.
"However, unfortunately, Mike has not managed to play to his full potential over the past couple of seasons."
