Jones signs up for championship action
Former England fast bowler Simon Jones is set to play for Glamorgan in the LV= County Championship next season after renegotiating his contract.
The 33-year-old, whose England career consisting of 18 Tests and eight one-day internationals ran from 2002 to 2005 before being cut short by injury, was on a pay-as-you-play deal for limited-overs games in 2012.

Seamer Simon Jones was a limited-overs regular for Glamorgan this year and made once LV= County Championship appearance
However, Jones featured once in the championship this year - in defeat at Derbyshire during May - and has signed to play six first-class matches in 2013.
"I've agreed to do these four-day games because I don't want to leave anything in the tank," he told BBC Radio Wales.
Jones, who turns 34 on Christmas Day, has suffered with knee problems since he ruptured an anterior cruciate ligament on Test duty at Brisbane in 2002.
He has played just three championship games since 2008 and, having had spells at Worcestershire and Hampshire, returned to Glamorgan in 2011 initially on loan and then permanently on a two-year contract.
