Kent reveal Davison death

Kent have announced George Davison, who worked with his wife Doreen in the club's iconic scorebox, has passed away
Kent have announced scoreboard operator George Davison has passed away.
George worked in the iconic scoreboard with his wife, Doreen, at Canterbury for 33 years.
Kent Cricket chief executive Jamie Clifford said: “This is an extremely sad day for the club.
"We are a close organisation and George has been a key part of our operation for so many years.
“George’s cheery personality brought a great deal to match days at the club, and he will be sadly missed by everyone involved with Kent Cricket.
"Our thoughts are with Doreen and her family at what must be a very difficult time.”
The club’s flag will fly at half-mast in his memory this week.
