Worcestershire prolong sponsorship

The Cotswold Group will continue to sponsor Worcestershire

Worcestershire have extended their partnership with main sponsor The Cotswold Group in a deal worth six figures and running until 2012.

The Cotswold Group were announced at the start of the 2009 season as Worcestershire’s main sponsor and are the leading supplier of claims validation services to the UK insurance industry.

Worcestershire commercial director David Leatherdale said: “Having forged a fantastic relationship with all at The Cotswold Group since taking over as main sponsor almost 12 months ago, I am delighted they will now be with us until the end of 2012 and hopefully beyond.

“It is very evident that not only are The Cotswold Group a committed sponsor to Worcestershire CCC but are genuine supporters of Worcestershire Cricket.

“There is a real empathy with the clubs traditions and we look forward to being able to share success both on and off the pitch over the years to come.”

The Group, established in 1990, has over 250 employees at offices in Gloucester, Manchester and Watford and represents all the major UK insurers including county championship sponsors LV=.
