Livingstone set for Lancs presidency

Lancashire, without a president since the death of Lord Steinberg last November, are set to appoint Jack Livingstone
Lancashire have named Jack Livingstone as their president-elect.
The club’s committee will propose Livingstone for the role of president at the next AGM on Saturday 19 June at Old Trafford.
The position of president has been vacant since the death of Lord Steinberg last November.
Livingstone has been an active member of Lancashire since 1947 and enjoyed a distinguished business career.
After leaving the RAF in 1958, Livingstone took over the family business, London Scottish Bank, and within 15 years the bank became a public company and an authorised institution.
He retired as chairman of London Scottish Bank in 1995 and also held high profile positions in a number of notable north-west charities.
