Lancs to face Bangladesh A

Lancashire are set to play Bangladesh A in a one-day friendly at Alderley Edge on July 30.

The 50 overs a side match will be played under the same rules as this year’s Natwest one-day internationals.

Cricket manager Mike Watkinson is likely to field a strong side for the game in preparation for the Red Rose county’s Pro40 clash with Hampshire on August 3.

The game gets under way at 10.45 at Alderley Edge cricket ground.
