Leicestershire snap up Razzaq

Leicestershire have boosted their hopes of a good showing in the Friends Life t20 with the signing of Pakistan all-rounder Abdul Razzaq
Leicestershire have signed Pakistan all-rounder Abdul Razzaq as their second overseas player for the Friends Life t20 campaign.
Razzaq won the competition with Hampshire last year, while he was also part of the Pakistan squad that won the ICC World Twenty20 in England in 2009.
Indeed, he took three wickets with his deceptively quick bowling in the final to help see off Sri Lanka, and boasts a career t20 bowling average of 19.64.
The 31-year-old is also renowned for his power hitting and has a domestic t20 hundred to his name.
As well as 26 caps in the shortest form of the game for Pakistan, Razzaq has played 46 Tests and 262 one-day internationals, including three World Cup campaigns.
Razzaq, who has also played county cricket for Surrey, Worcestershire and Middlesex, joins Australian all-rounder Andrew McDonald as an overseas player at Grace Road.
