Taylor to undertake charity bike ride
Leicestershire all-rounder Rob Taylor is to cycle from Land’s End to John O’Groats on Sunday to raise funds for the charity Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide (SOBS).
Taylor, who lost his mother Fee in 2005, will be joined by father Olly, brother Harry and friend Will Goodwin.
The family look set to overhaul their £15,000 target prior to the start of the 12-day journey, and have been inspired by the support they have received.
Rob said: “SOBS has played a very important part in helping us to come to terms with the loss of our mother. SOBS gave us a channel to express our emotions and share our experience with others who've also been affected by suicide.
“We wanted to give something back to the charity as well as raise the awareness of the amazing work they do for people who are bereaved so unexpectedly.”

Taylor’s Leicestershire team-mate Matthew Boyce recently revealed he would be walking from John O’Groats to Land’s End to raise awareness of depression in sport.
