Edgbaston tickets set for sale
Tickets for England’s NatWest Series one-day international with Australia and Friends Life t20 finals day, both at Edgbaston next summer, go on general sale on Thursday.
The Birmingham ground has secured finals day for the next four years and will host 2013’s edition on Saturday 17 August. The ODI is on Wednesday 11 September.
Tickets will be available via www.edgbaston.com/tickets and the venue's 24-hour ticket hotline (0844 847 1902) from 10am on Thursday, following a 10-day priority window for Warwickshire members.
Head of commercial at Edgbaston Guy Wolfenden said: "Since its introduction 10 years ago, Friends Life t20 cricket has become the marquee event in domestic cricket, with three games in a day, great entertainment and the all-important county mascot race. With an England ODI match against Australia set to follow in September, there's obviously much to look forward to at Edgbaston in 2013.
"Tickets are available from £35 for adults and £10 for under-16s. To get the best prices supporters should buy before January 31 and, to make even further savings, select the 'print at home' option."
Edgbaston is also staging five Champions Trophy games, including the final, in June. Tickets for these matches go on sale direct from the International Cricket Council's website at 10:30am on November 5.
