Worcestershire have signed Zimbabwe-born all-rounder James Cameron on a two-year contract.
Cameron, 23, was born in Harare but owns a British passport. For the last four years he has been playing ’A’ grade cricket for University CC in Perth.
A former Zimbabwe Under-19 international, Cameron had outings for Surrey, Middlesex and Essex second XIs last season.

All-rounder James Cameron comes "highly recommended" by Matt Mason, pictured, who spotted him in Australia
Worcestershire director of cricket Steve Rhodes said: “I am delighted with this signing. James has been highly recommended by people I respect.
“He was scouted by (bowling coach) Matt Mason on a recent trip home to Perth. We look forward to him arriving in March to prepare himself for the new season.”
Cameron said: “I have always dreamed of being a professional cricketer and I am thrilled to take up this opportunity with Worcestershire.
“I see it as a real challenge and cannot wait to come over in a few weeks time.”
Worcestershire, relegated in the LV= County Championship last year, are striving to bolster their playing staff after the departure of key senior players Kabir Ali, Steven Davies, Gareth Batty and Stephen Moore in the off-season.
