Yorkshire’s Ryan Sidebottom is expected to be out of action for a month with a right calf strain.

The former England seamer sustained the problem in training and is likely to miss the rest of the White Rose’s Friends Life t20 fixtures.

The news is another blow to Jason Gillespie’s side following an injury to skipper Andrew Gale, who is currently occupying the sidelines with a right hip abductor strain.

Despite this, Yorkshire currently occupy top spot in the North Group of the FLt20.
