Bopara missing for Eagles
Essex entertain Kent in tonight’s Friends Life t20 tie at the Ford County Ground without opening batsman Ravi Bopara.
The day-nighter is the Eagles’ first home match in the South Group, but they will have to do without Bopara as he prepares for the final NatWest Series one-day international against West Indies.
