Glamorgan’s Friends Provident Trophy clash against Northamptonshire at Swansea was abandoned without a ball being bowled.
Heavy rain in the morning left part of the bowlers’ run-ups saturated and, despite a number of inspections, umpires Michael Gough and Richard Kettleborough decided the ground was unfit to start.
The game was called off at 2.30pm, giving Glamorgan and Northamptonshire a point each, although neither side can qualify for the quarter-finals.
