Essex Eagles' reward for thrashing Leicestershire Foxes is to host Yorkshire Carnegie at Chelmsford in the semi-final of the Friends Provident Trophy.
Ravi Bopara hit a famous 201 for Essex in the quarter-final.
The current champions, Durham Dynamos, will play Kent Spitfires, after they secured a 37-run victory over Somerset Sabres in a game eventually played at Beckenham on Thursday.
The games will take place on Friday July 4 and Saturday July 5.
The winners will meet at Lord's in the Friends Provident Trophy final on Saturday August 16.
Friends Provident Trophy draw:
Durham Dynamos v Kent Spitfires, Chester-le-Street - July 4 (reserve day July 5)
Essex Eagles v Yorkshire Carnegie, Chelmsford - July 5 (reserve day July 6)
Both matches start at 12.05pm and will be televised by Sky Sports and broadcast live on BBC Radio on FiveLive Sports Extra.
