South Northumberland will host Caythorpe, while Bromley will entertain St Just in the semi-finals of the Cockspur Cup following the weekend quarter-finals.
St Just romped to a nine-wicket victory over Ealing at the St Just Cricket Field. Putting the visitors from London in, they restricted them to 226 for nine from their 45 overs, then knocked off the runs inside 41 overs.
David Holt made 93 not out off 73 balls for Ealing, with opener Simon Hawk making 40 and Gary Thomas taking 4-53 as the pick of the St Just bowlers.
His batting team-mates didn't let him down, as man-of-the-match Neil Curnow (119 not out) and Gary Thomas (68 not out) added 149 for an unbroken second-wicket partnership to power the Cornish side to victory.
Teddington, winners in 1991 and runners-up in 1999, failed in their bid for a Lord's return visit, crushed by 78 runs at Bromley, although the hosts' 200 for nine had looked a far from impregnable total.
The 49 from Nadeem Shahid and 47 by James Watson that set Bromley on their way looked more than useful, however, as Michael Bluett (4-45) and Joey Benjamin (3-16) helped skittle Teddington for just 122 in 31.5 overs.
James Hartley's 84 from 69 balls was the backbone of Caythorpe's 219 for eight, as the Nottinghamshire side moved into the last four with a 36-run win over Merseysiders Bootle.
A stand of 97 for fifth wicket with David Millns (45) reinforced Caythorpe's decision to bat. As did the efforts of seventh-choice bolwer Paul Riley, who grabbed three vital wickets (3-19) in four late overs to halt Bootle resistance down the lower order.
Caythorpe will now travel to South Northumberland, who saw off York in the other Sixth Round tie of the National Stage, with Lord's just one win away.
