TwelfthMan: My account
Batsman Josh Cobb is in line for his LV County Championship debut for Leicestershire against Northamptonshire at Grace Road after impressing for the second XI.
The 17-year-old academy batsman, son of former Leicestershire batsman Russell Cobb, takes the place of the injured Matthew Boyce.
Cobb scored a century for the second XI against a Victorian emerging players touring team from Australia and then made 93 against Nottinghamshire last week.
He has received his call-up after Boyce tore a shoulder muscle while fielding against Gloucestershire on Saturday.
West Indian seamer Jerome Taylor is struggling to shrug of a shoulder problem and so young left-arm seamer Harry Gurney could come in for his first championship match.
Ryan Cummins and Daniel Rowe drop out of the squad.
Ireland wicket-keeper Niall O'Brien returns to the Northamptonshire side.
O'Brien takes over behind the stumps but Riki Wessels, who kept wicket against Nottinghamshire, retains his place as a batsman.
England Under-19 batsman Alex Wakely is also added and is included in the 13-man selection but Monty Panesar is on England duty in the NatWest series against India.
