Worcestershire near top flight return
Worcestershire look set for a draw that could secure their promotion to Division One of the LV County Championship after the second day of their match against Glamorgan at the SWALEC Stadium was washed out.
With yesterday suffering the same fate, the Division Two leaders are left waiting for confirmation of their return to the top flight at the first time of asking.
Second from bottom Glamorgan will be looking over their shoulders at Gloucestershire who are in action against Leicestershire.
Umpires Barry Dudleston and Steve Garratt called play off for the day at 3.45pm.
There had been hope that play could begin at 4.30pm, but another downpour put paid to that.
