Following another incident in the same game, Ed Joyce of Sussex was reported by the umpires for a Level One breach of the code (showing dissent at an umpire’s decision by word or action).

Following an incident in Lancashire’s NatWest Pro40 game against Leicestershire on 23rd August 2009, Kyle Hogg was reported by umpires Peter Willey and Mark Benson for a Level One breach of the code (abuse of cricket ground, equipment or fixtures/fittings).

All three players have received reprimands. These penalties remains on their records for a period of two years.
