Kia Oval rain

For the second successive day no play was possible in the LV= County Championship Division One game between Surrey and Durham at the Kia Oval.

The decision to abandon was again taken in early afternoon and, with more rain forecast, the ground is facing its first four-day washout since the match against Sussex in 2007.

The last championship contest before that to be wiped at The Oval was in 1981 against Hampshire.
