National Lottery consultation launched

The Department for Culture, Media and Sport has launched a public consultation seeking views on the allocation of lottery funding to good causes beyond 2009.

It is important that individuals and organisations involved in sport respond to this consultation, so that the Department is made fully aware of the importance of the national lottery to sport, and of the impact it has made both at community and elite level.

We would encourage clubs etc to respond to the consultation, and also to promote it where possible.

One means to do this would be to create a link to the consultation (http://www.lottery2009.culture.gov.uk/) on your own website.
