Eoin Morgan is set to make his first Middlesex appearance of the season while Steven Finn is also available when they travel to Leicestershire for their Clydesdale Bank 40 Group A clash.

Batsman Morgan returns after a frustrating period on the subcontinent where he failed to make a single appearance for Indian Premier League side Kolkata Knight Riders.

Fast bowler Finn was included in England’s 13-man squad for the first Investec Test against West Indies at Lord’s but, with Andrew Strauss’ side carrying just four bowlers, he missed out at his home ground.

Elsewhere in Group A, winless Essex will hand a late fitness test to Tim Phillips ahead of their trip to Lancashire at Old Trafford.

Phillips is included in the Eagles’ squad but could miss out after sustaining a finger injury.

Eagles head coach Paul Grayson wants his side to instantly bounce back from their seven-wicket loss to Worcestershire last Sunday.

He said: “It was an awful performance and probably one of the worst by an Essex side since I've been involved coaching at the club. The players clearly know what is expected of them and I'm looking for them to bounce back.”

Ben Stokes is back in Durham’s squad as they visit the Kia Oval to take on reigning champions Surrey in Group B.

It was feared that the all-rounder would require surgery on a troublesome knee but, after consulting a surgeon this week, Stokes will not need to go under the knife and can feature for the unbeaten Dynamos, although it is unknown if he will be able to bowl.

Eoin Morgan

England batsman Eoin Morgan has been included in Middlesex's 13-man party for the CB40 match with Leicestershire at Grace Road

One player likely to feature in Durham’s attack is pace bowler Graham Onions.

Like Finn, Onions was called up to the provisional England squad but returns against Rory Hamilton-Brown's side, who are also yet to taste defeat in their first two outings.

Paul Collingwood will once again captain the side as Dale Benkenstein is still three weeks away from returning due to a shoulder injury.

Surrey welcome back Zafar Ansari who was absent for the victory over Scotland due to university commitments.

Hampshire have included Hamza Riazuddin and David Griffiths in a 12-man party for the match at Group B rivals Scotland.

David Balcombe and James Tomlinson miss out after featuring in the LV= County Championship match against Yorkshire this week.

Scotland, who saw their previous game against the Welsh Dragons rained off, have named an unchanged squad.

Mitchell Starc is in line to make his long-awaited Yorkshire debut in their Group C clash with Derbyshire.

The Australian seamer has had to wait for his White Rose bow after encountering visa problems but, with those issues now resolved, he admits he cannot wait to join his new team-mates on the field.

“I’ve been spending a lot more time in the air than on the ground unfortunately, but I’m happy to be here now and I’m looking forward to getting on with some cricket,” he told Yorkshire’s official website.

Kent are likely to shuffle their pack for their first ever meeting with the Unicorns.

The Spitfires look set to alter the four-day side which featured against Northamptonshire in the LV= County Championship.

Opening batsman Sam Billings, Sam Northeast, Alex Blake and Adam Ball are among those likely to be recalled.

Azhar Mahmood is still away on IPL duty with the Kings XI Punjab while Ashley Shaw continues to work his way back to full fitness following shin surgery.

In Group C’s other match, Sussex travel to the winless Northamptonshire.
