England named the following limited-overs squad to tour the United Arab Emirates and Bangladesh in 2010:

- Matt Prior (wkt, Sussex)
- Ajmal Shahzad (Yorkshire)
- Ryan Sidebottom (Nottinghamshire)
- Graeme Swann (Nottinghamshire)

- Jonathan Trott (Warwickshire)
- Luke Wright (Sussex)
Paul Collingwood will captain England in the Twenty20 leg of the tour in the UAE, which includes two Twenty20 internationals against Pakistan.
Alastair Cook assumes the captaincy for the one-day leg in Bangladesh, which includes three ODIs.
Craig Kieswetter was added to the squad on February 20, and will join up for the one-day leg in Bangladesh.
