ICC World Twenty20 England 2009 Tournament Ticket Refund Policy

The purchase and use of Tickets for the Event is set out in the ICC World Twenty20 Ticket Terms and Conditions.

With the exception of ticket refunds related to adverse weather conditions as detailed below, there shall be no Tournament Ticket Refund Policy until such time as it is posted on the Website(s) or otherwise made available to the Holder.

Ticket refunds due to adverse weather conditions

Rain Refund Policy

Single-header matches

If, due to adverse weather conditions which lead to no result being obtained, 9.5 overs or less are bowled over the full period of time allocated for the completion of a match, a refund of this ticket’s face value may be obtained by following the Refund Procedure.

Double-header matches

If, due to adverse weather conditions which lead to no result being obtained in both matches over the full period of time allocated for the completion of these matches and 9.5 overs or less are bowled in the match-day a refund of this ticket’s face value may be obtained by following the Refund Procedure. If, due to adverse weather conditions which lead to no result being obtained in both matches over the full period of time allocated for the completion of these matches and more than 9.5 but 19.5 overs or less are bowled in the match-day then a refund of half the face value may be obtained by following the Refund Procedure. In no other circumstances can money be refunded.

Refund Procedure Claims for refunds are subject to a £1.40 administration charge per application. This will be deducted from your cheque; therefore do not send any payment with your application.

To claim your refund send this ticket, with the name of the payee, address, full postcode in block capitals and email address (if available), to:

There is no need to include an envelope. Please allow 30 days from receipt of claim for your refund to be processed. For non-receipt queries telephone 01455 852514 during office hours, Monday to Friday. Your information shall be held for the purposes of administering your refund.
